encoTRive Process Drive - MD

Our encoTRive process drives are auxiliary or main drives for demanding applications. They have the same electric motors and transmissions as our encoTRive MP positioning drives. Because of our special electronics and absolute value encoders, these units are perfectly suited as main drives for precise positioning, synchronized and cyclical transfer, positioning sensor systems and application-optimized portal systems. Applications include precision-grinding machines, inspection machines and tool control modules. They can be configured with countless transmission types and gear reductions, like special machine construction with constantly changing machine configurations. They are also used as a high-performance positioning drive or as an auxiliary drive for peripheral machine functions with special requirements.

These drives are available with either planetary or worm gear and all have electronically commutated motors.
